As mentioned, 2021 Donruss Football contains a whopping 42 inserts per box. Elite Series, Elite Series Rookies and The Rookies cards each go the shiny route.
The Champ is Here naturally looks to the reigning Super Bowl winners. Other choices include Fans of the Game, Power Formulas, Retro 2001 (Hobby only), and Road to the Super Bowl.
In addition, 2021 Donruss Football works in Hobby-exclusive Marvels, Night Moves and Rated Rookie Premium. These cards are all noted as being super short prints (SSP).
Another popular SSP is the art-based Downtown.
As is typically the case, many hits in the 2021 Donruss Football checklist add autographs and/or relics to the inserts. One such option is the throwback Retro 2001 Autographs.
